Geolocation for field service agent

Hello Team, 

I have been working fsm module on my personal instance .

Requirement:

i want to get the current location of an field service agent . I have installed the geolocation plugin (com.snc.geolocation) and enabled the checkbox (Geo location tracked ) in the user table.

I have impersonated with the user who checkbox is enable and updated the task extending table like incident.
After updating also I am unable to populate the Longitude & Latitude . 

Can any one help me

Hi, Is the user end or support user. If support user, did you check Agemt work space?

I have checked on the Agent work space , it is showing the location which we have capture location in the user table . It Need to show the current location of the agent.

Hi, The map location is directed based on ServiceNow user data. If Agent location data is not updated properly it should be solved by the source system. In case, the agent location is correct  but the agent does not work under that location we should change in source system again,

 

Data correction will resolve your issue and Map position based on your user table.

Are you using the field service agent application? Need some more details.

In the agent application we have the ability to capture location based on user actions or it could be interval based too.
