How to Pin & Set always open the filter component when create new case in CSM/FSM config Workspace?
The below first image is coming by default with filter condition component as unopened, since it is not user friendly to the end users.
So, I wanted to make the filter condition component always opened by default like the below second image. How to achieve this?
