Getting error in portal - Failed to initialize plugin: codesample

I have created record producer on portal to raise csm ticket.

On load of form I'm getting error as Failed to initialize plugin: codesample

Can anyone help me to resolve this ?

Hi Omkar,

we faced the same issue after upgrading to Tokyo. Just clear the browser cache, it will resolve the issue. You can also open developer tools in the browser and disable cache in the networks tab, after reloading the page, the issue was fixed for us.

Clearing the cache from the Network tab of the browser console worked for me. Thank you. This was much faster and more efficient that reinstalling the browser.

Interestingly only one user saw this when we upgraded our dev instance; not a single case in the test instance, but when we upgraded production, our group of early morning testers found two occurrences right away (one of them being me). I wonder if the Next Experience (Polaris) has anything to do with it. We have Polaris "available" -- it's enabled, but by default users don't have it. They can enable it from their preferences.
