In the standard UI you can right-click the record header and choose History > Calendar (assuming you have the correct role). Can the history calendar can be made available in the Customer Service Agent Workspace? We are about to implement CSM and it would be helpful to view the history of a case, asset, account, etc. in the workspace and not have to switch back to the standard UI

Hi
unfortunately that is not possible. The Agent Workspace is not a replacement of the UI16 with all of its functionality but a customized UI for a dedicated user group and therefore specially tailored to satisfy their needs for efficient work.

Is there an alternate solution for it ? We implemented Software Asset Workspace and there are certain fields for which Audit is enabled and i would like to view them but there's no way to view them within the workspace. Since the classic UI for Software Asset Management will be deprecated starting Utah release i would still need a way to view the History

Thanks. Now Support said essentially the same thing:
Unfortunately at this time, due to the architecture and products purpose of the agent workspace, you are unable to view the history.do and/or specifically the calendar from agent workspace like you can in the platform (u16).
