The Grant Program has been created by following the ServiceNow documentation, and according to the guidance, it should appear in the Grant Management Portal once published. However, despite making several configurations, it’s still not visible.
Has anyone else faced this issue? Could you please suggest what might be causing the program not to appear in the portal?

Hi @UmarFarooqL ,
I’d recommend double-checking that all the required configurations (including roles, portal visibility, and publishing settings) are in place as per the documentation.
If you’ve already validated the setup and it’s still not appearing, then the next best step would be to raise a case with ServiceNow Support so they can investigate further.
