I want to delete the [Reply] and [Forward] buttons in the activity in CSM/FSM Configuration Workspace.

I am currently using the CSM/FSM Configuration Workspace.
I want to delete the [Reply] and [Forward] buttons in the activity column of the record information.
It would be very helpful if you could let me know.

Hi @araia3 ,

Agents can use the Reply, Reply All, and Forward buttons in the case activity stream to respond to customer emails. This feature is enabled by default.

Resolution

Users with the system administrator role can disable this feature and hide these buttons if needed from the Agent Workspace application.

1.Select the gear icon in the banner frame to access the System Settings window.

2.Click Developer.

3.Select Agent Workspace under Application.

4.Create a system property sn_agent_workspace.activity_email_options_enabled.

5.Set the property value to false.

As an agent, you will be unable to reply or forward emails now.

Create a system property sn_agent_workspace.activity_email_options_enabled.

Set the property value to false.

Thank you for your reply.
In Agent workspace, it is now hidden after adaptation.
However, it could not be hidden on the configuration workspace.
Do you have any other suggestions?
