What guidance/instructions we should provide to our community to complete or capture the Using Location information in service Now.

Guidance on Apps that are Global, Regional or Virtual , what values to be recorded on Using Location 

what is meant by ‘using locations’ (e.g., users at a specific locations using this Business Application).
