Hello ServiceNow Community,
I am currently working on learning and exploring ServiceNow, and I’m very interested in trying out the AI features such as Now Assist, AI Search, and other AI capabilities that ServiceNow offers.
Since I am using a ServiceNow Developer Instance, I would like to know:
Are these AI features available to try in a developer instance?
If not, is there any way to enable or request access to them for learning purposes?
What would be the recommended approach to get hands-on practice with AI features like Now Assist and AI Search?
Any guidance, documentation, or best practices you can share would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your help and support!
Best regards,
Rohit

Hi @RohitPapann ,
Most of the AI products are licensed so you can't access those on PDI. Now Assist is not available on ServiceNow Personal Developer Instances (PDIs). You must use a free lab instance from a ServiceNow Now Assist training course to gain hands-on experience with the features. OR
You can try on official environment DEV env. Check this link for AI products:-
