Hi Sharath,
I have gone through the demo and information provided in CSM implementation training . I understood that -We can assign members ( Internal users ) to a business location. And then assign responsibilities to those members to support the accounts through Account Staff Relationships. This will provide them access to the account data.
I have few questions -
Suppose i have 5 different business location and lets say one group supporting accounts at a location.
As per my understanding i can connect sold products to a business location. my few questions are -
- can i connect accounts and business location ? I want to connect accounts (external customer) to a business location . So when they raise a case , i can see which location it belongs to.
- Can i create relationship between groups and business location. my requirement is to allow user groups to support business location instead of users/members.

2. Setting up products and available services at a business location (servicenow.com)
Why are you looking to create relationship between business location and assignment group?

since the company is supported by different service desks at different locations. the need arose to assign service desk to locations instead of users supporting a locations
