I would like to hide the buttons "Insert"and "Insert and stay" form the table "sn_customerservice_case". I looked up some info on this forum and found several solutions. They all work fine, except for one little issue. The buttons "Submit" and "Save" were also hidden on the form "Create new case"

Hi Christophe ,
You can hide a 'Global' UI Action by creating one on the individual table.
In your new UI Action you can indicate 'false' in the condition field which will always turn it off. Or add the appropriate condition for when it should show.
I usually find the Global UI Action, do an 'insert & stay', modify the Table name & condition, 'SAVE'.
Careful if you make the insert and stay as false because it may hide it for all lists or forms.
Make it Correct or Helpful, if it works.
Warm Regards,
Priyanka

Hello,
It looks almost like these UI Actions could be configured on the task table.
Check UI Actions on Task, made any changes here? Can you see "Insert" and "Insert and Stay" here?

Hello Christian, no changes have been made on this table. "Insert"and "Insert and stay" are only available on the Service Task Model table as shown below.
The only thing that has been changed, is that I created UI actions on the following tables: [change_request], [incident] and [sn_customerservice_case]. This to override the global table.
The "Insert"and "Insert and stay" buttons are indeed gone, but so are the buttons "Save"and "Submit"
I really don't understand what is going wrong.

Hello Christophe,
I haven't seen that Insert and Stay is availableOOTB on Case form before, because off this I suspect changes to the instance are the underlying cause to the issues that you describe.
Have any changes been made to Insert and Stay? (Global UI Action)
When do you experience that Save and Submit disappears from the form?
(Do you have the opportunity to go back until you experience this, disable the changes one by one. Until Save and Submit are available again.)
Insert and stay are available on the Service Task Model, are Save and Submit available on this table too?
The issue is that Save and Submit is missing from all the forms, correct?!
