Hello,
After creating a maintenance plan and a maintenance schedule for certain CI records, I am not able to see any Work Order generated for this maintenance plan.
Looking at the CSM documentation (Kingstong), under the Maintenance plan section, it seems that we have to associate a Work Order template to the maintenance plan... but I am not able to see where or how I can create this association.
Would anyone be able to indicate who can I associate a template to a maintenance plan so Work Order are auto-generated?
Regards

Hi Alvaro,
Under Maintenance Schedule record , Schedule Templates related list, you should be able to create new work order template or select an exiting one .

Thanks Rafreig,
I have added the template as you suggested. For testing porpuses, I have scheduled the interval frecuency to 30 mins... However, I am still not able to see any WO created as part of the maintenance plan.
Is there any option I need to enable somwhere to trigger Service Orders automatically from Maintenance plans?
BTW, I am using the admin role all time...
Regards
