Hi all,
how do you handle conversation history in outbound emails?
We are using both, comments and emails. Some customers would like to see the full conversation history from a case.
Meaning that we need to show comments and emails in chronological order in the history, added to an email send to the customer.
Do you have any idea how to achieve this?
Showing comments and email history separately is working. However, we would like to show both in the correct order.
Similar as when you use the filter set option "Conversation" from the activity stream. This shows all "Additional comments" and "Emails - correspondence".
