On Loading the form, the Category field value is clearing in the CSM Workspace

Hi all,

Whenever I am creating a case from record producer after submitting the form then the category field value is not capturing in the CSM Workspace. But it is capturing in the case form. But whenever we are creating a case directly from case form. The category field value is capturing in workspace. From Record producer only it is not capturing in workspace. I have checked all the policies, scripts and ACL's. But we didn't found anything on this. Based on Category, Subcategory will populate but category value is not coming. Can anyone please tell what is the issue. I have attached the screenshot also.

Can you share the mapping of the Category also.

Are you mapping by creating a variable and associating the choices to it, or from Record producer script ?
