How can I configure customer Information and customer Activity in Agent workspace for Case record?

I have installed customer central plugin and I can see customer information and customer activity on interaction record in workspace but I don't see this on case record. How can I enable it for case record also?

hi @Ravi Chandra_K ,
I can see the customer Information and Customer Activity tabs on Case and interaction table. My customer table is child table of Case and these tabs are not visible on child table in workspace.

Hi Samuel, Customer Central is only for Case and interaction table.We had opened a HI ticket for this and Servicenow Agents had provided us the solution. Unfortunately I don’t have the solution steps as it was long back ago.
