NOW Assist for csm

If I configure my case table on Services Operational Workspace,
Will my now assist skills for csm will work on that workspace or not?

why would you use Case table on SOW workspace?

You should use OOTB CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace for that.

CSM workspace is specifically for Cases.

I checked for case table in SOW, I couldn't see any Now Assist there but when I went to CSM/FSM configurable workspace, there I was able to see Now Assist skill.
Best practice is to use CSM/FSM configurable workspace.
