How can I configure customer Information and customer Activity in Agent workspace for Case record?

I have installed customer central plugin and I can see customer information and customer activity on interaction record in workspace but I don't see this on case record. How can I enable it for case record also?

To configure the display of customer information and customer activity in the Agent Workspace for Case records, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Agent Workspace" module and open the "Configuration" tab.
  2. Locate the "Workspaces" section and select the desired workspace for Case records.
  3. In the workspace configuration, go to the "Tabs" tab.
  4. Click on the "Add Tab" button to create a new tab.
  5. Provide a suitable name for the tab, such as "Customer Information" or "Customer Activity."
  6. Under the "Content" section, choose the appropriate type of content, either "Customer Information" or "Customer Activity," based on your requirements.
  7. Save the configuration changes.
