How Can we show outage information on customer service portal like we see in service portal?

When we create an outage, we can see outage details in current status widget on serviceportal. Same way, i want to display the outage information on customer service portal for the customers to communicate the outages to customers. Also, i need to display the outage fields like Configuration item, number etc..  in the widget when user click on more information..

If anyone knows how to achieve this in customer service portal (https://<instane_name>.service-now.com/csm), please help me.

This can be done, just use the existing "Current Status"widget in your csm index page.

You can reuse the Current Status [current-status] widget, just pull it out and locate into the page in the CSM Portal.

If you'd like to see the Outage Details, you can enable in the Instance Option configuration.

The CI information is already there in the widget. What you currently see in the widget is the combination of

"<Outage Type> - <Outage Configuration Item> (<Outage Begin Date Time>)"
