How to add attachments to respective cases in csm

hello,

I have to move cases and attachments to Servicenow from other ticketing tool.

Here how to add attachments to respective cases through import set or API? 

Can anyone help me with the steps.

Do you have a key to understand on which case what document need to attach?
Like document name is same as the case number or something like this?

I want to import attachments to respective cases..here we can export case sys ids and then we can import..but is there any other way to do this?

You can do the integration from other tool to ServiceNow, but how do you know which attachment is linked to what case?
