How to add a drop-down Banner message on native UI (Home Page) with change request details.

 

Such as changing number, short description etc.

Here's a step-by-step guide to adding a drop-down banner message on the native UI (Home Page) with change request details:

1. Log in to your ServiceNow instance.
2. Navigate to the “System UI” section.
3. Select the “Banners” option from the left-hand menu.
4. Click the “New” button to create a new banner.
5. Enter a title for the banner and select “Drop-down” as the type of banner.
6. Enter the change request details in the “Message” field, such as changing number, short description, etc.
7. Select the “Home Page” option from the “Pages” field.
8. Click “Submit” to save your changes.
9. The banner should now appear on the Home Page with your change request details.
