How to add help text to fields in records shown in agent workspace

Hi,

I have requirement to show help text on each field of a incident record in agent workspace.

I achieved this in native ui where I have added help text to each field. But same has to be done on Agent workspace.

Please help.

Not possible to do only for Agent workspace, changes will be applied across all scope. Mark my answer as correct if that helps.

I have already done for the fields in native ui. So if I open a record in native ui and put my cursor over any fields , I am getting a help text.

The same record , I am opening in Agent workspace and not finding the same functionality there.

Hi,

I don't think Tooltip/Hints works for table fields in the workspace, But I do know there's a table called sys_declarative_action_assignment where we define all the UI components related to workspace and define Tooltip for the components in the workspace.
