We have a requirement to create a custom table extending the task with 30 + custom fields. For fulfillment we are planning to use the CSM configurable workspace so that agents can update the required fields using playbook steps or directions. We are getting blocked at the point where our playbook is not getting show in CSM configurable workspace. We have developed playbook to trigger on the custom table.

What's the trigger? It will only work if you trigger it correctly.
Also: check the playbook component. OOB it's set to show on Case extended tables.

is the playbook getting attached to that custom table record?
If yes then check if the Record variant used by custom table has that Playbook tab or not
