How to add hyperlink in the short description of the catalog form

Hi, Make use of rich text label variable type

It showing when i open the form like below image1 but it doesnot show in image 2 where I have option to click request item.I want to show it next to Request item option.

Hi @Shahida ,

1.Create a variable type is "Macro"

2.create a macro and add in the variable

3. you are able to see that UI macro variable in Legacy view as well as Portal view.

Hi @Shahida,

1. If the file is stored locally in your system then first you need to save the file in One drive or cloud storage.

2. Now also add that file as an attachment in the Catalog item form.

3. Now paste the file link in the URL and select the option "Linked- list" and select the file and fill the text to display field in the insert/edit link option.

Save it now it should be downloadable to the user to clicks the link.
