How to add reference number in survey page

Hi Team,

 

we enabled OOO survey but ref number missing in info message.

 

How to add that

@Roopa11  Can you please double check assessment instance record, are you seeing record number in "Trigger Id" Column ? if it is coming then it should show in your info message.

Hi @Roopa11 ,

 

 

You can get it through through the "trigger_id" field. Here is an example of a notification we use that runs off the Assessment Instance table:

Just confirming, It does not show number for different table ? or the issue is happening with one table record ?

Hi Harsh,

 

It is not showing number for any table.

 

We have another instance(separate for CSM ) where in info message its showing ref ticket, so I m suspecting some OOB setting missing in this instance but unable to figure it out 😞

@Roopa11  How is the survey triggering ?  what is the trigger condition and table ? This survey is specific to CSM module ?
