Hi everyone,

We're currently working on implementing ServiceNow Customer Communities within our organization. Our aim is to integrate the ServiceNow gamification system, primarily utilizing out-of-the-box (OOB) configuration. As part of this endeavor, we're exploring how badges can be automatically allocated based on end-user activities such as:

- Answering 25 questions
- Following 25 people

While the official documentation suggests manually assigning badges, we're wondering if there's a way to establish badge rules automatically. Any insights or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated!
