How to change the banner image for specific user

In my project, we have the default banner of servicenow. But one user has a different banner. How can we change his banner back to default. Please suggest.

Are in the same view (Next Experience/SP/ESC/Legacy view)?

Check on his user preferences and check on the company record for the company he is on. I can't be more specific, because of lack of information.

How can I change the users banner back to ServiceNOw. Under User preferences, I couldnt find any record relavant to his profile
