Hello,
It has been requested to create a new case type on a customer. The question is: is the new case type table going to be counted as a "custom table" and deducted from the CSM's custom tables entitlement?
Thank you.

@Sergio43 I recommend you to raise a case with ServiceNow support to get a clarity on this topic. Ideally, the case type shouldn't be considered as a custom table.

Hi there,
It's a bit hard to understand your question, though if I understand it correct: Yes, custom table count.
And when in doubt, always:
Kind regards,

As you probably know, certain custom tables are exempted if extended up to 1000 times (e.g., CMDB tables, import set tables, decision-table tables, location, syslog, etc.).
Also, m2m, remote, archive an rotated table shard tables do not count as custom tables.
Unfortunately, extension of sn_customerservice_case does not appear in the list of exempted tables, so it will most likely consume 1 custom table.
