I am looking for some help.
I need to create a report from change request for a selected configuration item and list all impacted business services for chosen date range.I tried to create a brand new report for change request and type = list, group by configuration item = selected one.
I can not find the Impacted business services as an option for the reporting and not sure if that is my security access issue with my role or something else.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Thanks so much, we are going in the right direction. Now I can't seem to
select configuration item in filter criteria so can pick the item of my
choice... How do I bring that in?

Hi,
You can add the configuration item field if you drill down on task column.
1) Click on the Task column in the available list and then on the + symbol
2) Select the column Task.Configuration Item and add it to the Selected list
Thanks

Hi,
Please follow these steps
1) On the filter, click on show related fields.
2) Type Task and click on the second row as highlighted
3) Type Configuration item to find the Task.Configuration Item field and add your filter with the required CI name in the lookup field.
