How to Create Priority Data lookup for Case Form

Hi Team,

 

On the case form based on impact and urgency priority is not working, because there is no data lookup rules for case table. I have tried to create data look up rules for case table, in matcher table it is showing as No Matches found.

Any idea how can we achieve this?

Hi,

Make sure the matcher table is in Customer Service application Scope
