How to create a Problem Task and populate description of problem automatically when problem record is moved to Root cause analysis state using flow designer ?

Hi,

then during Problem task creation in flow action; set the type field to RCA

I tried but I can't see problem task created in related lists

I have shared solution

you need to populate the problem field on problem_task so that the problem task is shown in related list

Thanks Ankur for your quick reply. The only thing is I want task to be RCA type created but by default it is creating general task.
