Hi Vani,
This question is more specific to your company/organization you are working for. You will need to ask your collogues as in how they raise a Service request or where they raise a request to Deprovision a user from Azure.
Usually the process what happens in Azure is :
- Sign in to the Azure portal using a User administrator account for the organization.
- Search for and select Azure Active Directory from any page.
- Search for and select the user you want to delete from your Azure AD tenant. For example, Mary Parker.
- Select Delete user.
But this should be done by a specific AD team who should be present for your company.
Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.
Thanks,
Sandeep

Hi Vani,
While you already have user provisioning integration with Azure AD already then,
The process is explained well on the Microsoft Forum:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/74832/deprovision-the-users.html
30 days after a user is deleted in Azure AD, they will be permanently deleted from the tenant.
