Hi Everyone,
We have a requirement to visually differentiate Work Notes (e.g., yellow accent/line) and Additional Comments (e.g., dark/black accent/line) inside the CSM Configurable Workspace Activity Stream, similar to how they look in the Classic UI Case form.
What we tried:
We attempted using Dictionary Attributes on the fields. While this works, because the dictionary attributes stem from the parent task record, the styling changes are applying globally across all instances and workspaces. Attempting a Dictionary Override on the specific Case table did not yield the desired isolated result for the workspace.

- Is there a supported way to isolate Activity Stream styling (specifically for journal entries) per Workspace view or per table without affecting global task settings?
- Are there any other structural or configuration approaches to clearly differentiate these two fields for agents in this workspace? (e.g., using Workspace Activity Configs, form layout splits, or UI Builder layout modifications to separate the inputs/streams entirely?)
Any guidance, code snippets, or documentation links would be highly appreciated!

so you are saying in workspace you were able to apply background color on those fields?
OR
in native you were able to do that?
