How to display any outage created for a case under install base related outages on csm portal

Dear All, 

I am new to portal, I want to display the outages created for any case under "CSM Install Base Current Outage Status" or the related widgets, When i try to add ""CSM Install Base Current Outage Status""/"CSM Install Base Outages on Home Page"/"CSM Outage Past History" in CSM Portal(csm_index page), I can see that there is no preview available and hence i am not able to see these widgets on CSM portal. How can i make these visible in portal and if i create any outage for a case, how can i make those outages visible in these widgets in csm portal. Some one please help me with this. Hi, Did you try the 'Announcement' module to populate in portal?  It's simple config and it will display the outage info as you requested. Go to -- Navigation Menu > Service Portal >Announcement.

Thanks for your response, I have tried Announcement but there is no field to choose or link Outages of any task in the form layout or the announcement. Could you please explain a bit deeper on how we can display outages in the announcement? That would be really helpful, thanks in advance. Below is the announcement but i don's see any field referring to Outage table.
