How to dynamically control "Category" based on the "Product" selected by the Customer

Hi All,

 

In the CSM Portal the customer logs an Incident and we have a defined list of options you can select on "Category" and "SubCategory" based on the Product/Service they have bought.

 

How would I best achieve this functionality?
