How to enable Demand Management and Customer Service management in my instance (mycyient.service-now.com) demand workbench and if any charge will be there for this ?

Demand management [com.snc.demand_management] 

 CSM plugin [com.sn_customerservice]

Chargeble : Yes

To activate a plugin :

Plugin -> Search the plugin and click on install

 

Mark correct and close.
