guide me steps to work on it, Appriciated 

I want to publish Third-party Application ticketing messages to a Kafka topic for ServiceNow to retrieve.

I will require Third-party Application to push messages to Kafka

It depends on the overall architecture and requirements.

If it of a transactional nature, have a look at the Kafka spoke in Automation Engine.

It the use case is more demanding, in Kafka message frequency, I would recommend having a look at Stream Connect.
