How to revert the problem task type general (Root Cause Analysis)

Hi
I am facing Issue 
Earlier I made changes/edit for Problem Task  sections - I reverted back to OOTB

After creating problem task (Task Type General) - Root Cause Analysis is displayed in general task it should not display
Please help out
By default it should not display

So you want to remove analysis information from PTASK ? First screenshot is from ?

Yes I want to remove from P task- type is general
it should available when type is Root cause analysis
Its working fine in classic ui
Issue in SOW view (service operation workspace view)

Hello @Research 

 

Firstly, if you have already removed this section from SOW view, then you can clear the cache and log-out and re-login.

 

If that doesn't works, Follow the below steps if it is OOB it will be resolved :- For Custom you can share screenshots,

 

1) You may not be able to edit it so duplicate the variant.

Just open the "Record SNC" page in SOW in UI Builder, in the parameters select table as "problem_task", it will randomly choose a record. Then Choose "record page tabs - three dots on right side"

2) By clicking on Edit record page tabs

You will just need to remove "Analysis information and save it" 

 

You will also need to change the order to the smallest one, so that its applied, log out and re-login for the changes to reflect.
