How to show only logged in users cases on CSM portal

Hello experts,

We are working on the CSM where on the CSM portal we wanted to show only the cases which belong to logged-in users only.

Below there is an example which may help you to understand the scenario

Example:

Account - XYZ
Contact - Yogesh Patil
Cases   - 1. The network switch is not working
          2. The router is not working

 

       Account - XYZ Child
       Contact - Akash Birajdar
       Cases   - 1. Load Balancer traffic issue

 

 

Account - ABC
Contact - Ashok Patel
Cases   - 1. Base plan service not activated
          2. Wifi monitoring tool is not working

 

       Account - ABC Child
       Contact - Abhinav Patil
       Cases   - 1. The air plugin feature is not working

Note: I am talking about this global Search, where logged-in user can search.
