How to update subject on email when we select quick message

Hello Community!

I have created one quick message, I want to update the subject when we select quick message, Here Test is the quick message

hi @Asha Pathak ,

 

You can use a combination of quick message and Email Client Template here. Use Email Client Template to auto-populate the subject and then user selects a Quick Message
