Shift Planning Calendar in CSM/FSM Workspace

In CSM/FSM Workspace, Shift Planning for Configurable Workspace is installed and have a calendar where we can schedule Shifts, Time-Off, etc.

In this 'Team Calendar', the New button have these options and I want to remove a couple of them. I'm trying to find where the configuration resides but unable to. Please let me know if you've worked on something like this.

Here is a shorter summary of those steps:

  1. Check Table Configuration: Go to sn_shift_planning_event and review active event types. Deactivate or exclude any unwanted active types, as custom event types are managed here.
  2. Inspect UI Builder Page: If the record settings do not control visibility, open the Team Calendar page in UI Builder to check the data resource/component populating the menu.
  3. Confirm Versions: Verify the ServiceNow release and Shift Planning plugin version, as implementation details vary across releases.
