I want to know who is viewing a case at the same time in Agent Workspace

In Native UI we can see if more than one person is viewing the case.

we can see who all are viewing at the same time 

How to enable the same in Agent Workspace

Hello,

To my knowledge, that functionality still doest exist in AW in Rome release as well.

Even I am looking for that functionality, but that is not available in AW

Presence is still not supported in Agent Workspace (One of the many reasons I still dislike it along with having no Section tabs, no field decorators, slow load times etc etc). It is planned in a future release, but still not there as of San Diego. Try upvoting this Idea and maybe ServiceNow will give it more priority:

the link no longer works. Can anyone please share the correct link, or comment whether this feature has made it's way out yet (we're on Utah CSM)?
