Agent Workspace and Dispatcher Workspace

Not able to access these workspaces. Have downloaded the FSM and CSM plugins.

Hello @AnanyaT 

I would recommend to install these two in your PDI and then notice that you have CSM/FSM Configurable workspace. If yes, then maybe you need to repair or uninstall and install it again in your instance.

Hi @AnanyaT ,

Please install or verify that the following plugins are installed and active:

  • FSM Configurable Workspace (sn_fsm_wrkspc)
  • FSM Configurable Dispatcher Workspace (sn_fsm_disp_wrkspc)

Once these plugins are installed and activated, please try accessing the respective workspaces again.
