I would like to remove the priority and state indicators in agent workspace when reviewing a case. Please see screen shot attachment. How can I accomplish this?

Hi,
You can search for "Form headers" and then click the module within the workspace app. From there, select the table this is relevant to and adjust the "Secondary values" accordingly.

Hi
This is pretty Straight forward :
1. Navigate to Workspace experience > Workspace Form headers:
2. Search for "Priority" under "Secondary" fields like below:
3. Mark the State and Priority "False":
