Import MS Teams chat in Incident record

Hi,

 

I configured MS Teams chat within the Incident record (in Service Operation Workspace). Everything works fine. But, I can not find the option to import MS Teams chat in incident record. How to configure this feature?

I still have no solution for this 😞 

And can not validate MS Teams integration in Incident record in a SOW.
