In Agent Workspace the cursor randomly jumps from multiline field

Does anybody experienced anything like this?
We have a multiline field on the Case table. 
When the support engineeer types in this field in Agent Workspace, the cursor randomly jumps out from the field to somewhere else which is very annoying.
It started this behaviour after upgrading from Rome to Tokyo.

We are also having the same issue. Has anyone received an update on a fix or an ETA on a fix

This was a few months back and I applied Utah Patch 7. Still not sure if it's 100% resolved as we cannot reproduce the issue.

This has been an ongoing issue for us since we started using workspaces over a year ago. It has been fixed several times by patch releases only to resurface in later versions of the platform. A workaround for us was to turn on the html editor system property. Basically, you set glide.ui.journal.use_html to true.

Did you ever resolve this may I ask. Since we upgraded to Washington we have had the same in SOW and the agents are going slowly mad now... I have to help them before they all quit out of frustration...

 

It seems it gets patched and then as soon as there's a new update available, it's forgotten about and gets fixed again in a later patch.
