In Agent Workspace the cursor randomly jumps from multiline field

Does anybody experienced anything like this?
We have a multiline field on the Case table. 
When the support engineeer types in this field in Agent Workspace, the cursor randomly jumps out from the field to somewhere else which is very annoying.
It started this behaviour after upgrading from Rome to Tokyo.

I am told this workaround breaks our templates so not ideal and not something we can do.

 
 
 

Hi Alex - sadly the workaround breaks out incident templates so we cannot apply that without significant rework. We just need a fix and for ServiceNow to remember to apply this every time they upgrade. Its very annoying that the same issues come up after upgrade time and time again. Where are the lessons learnt from ServiceNow and additional care...

Once again, this rears it's ugly head - upgraded to Washington at the weekend and since have had our engineers advising us the issue is back 🙄

Hi Alex, yes indeed the upgrade does it. We have just applied patch 6 at the weekend and I'm told this fixes the issue. I am awaiting feedback from my desks at the moment to confirm - will let you know if it does.
