In Business Portal for SOM use cases - getting 404 error at Cart Checkout/RFQ

This is for the SOM Team - Business Portal Functionality.

 

I am trying to enable the Business Portal for SOM Functions - catalog/quote/order/ordercase etc.   I am getting a 404 error when i try to 'check out' from the shopping cart or request a quote.

- I have installed the apps for the portal, (see below)

- given the contact/user the role (canvas_user, customer_admin_account )

- Page Route Maps - activated CSM Ticket/CSM Catagory (not my typo) - not sure this is needed

- I can now browse the catalog, create cart (order), view the cart, but 'proceed to checkout' gives me the 404 error (as does 'request for quote') 

- same error on Create Order Case

 

Any Support is welcome

 

I have installed the SOM Business Portal applications including 

- sn_prd_pm_portal

- sn_sales_cart

sn_sales_cart

- sn_cust_rfq

- sn_cust_rfq_core

- sn_order_case_ss

My question was related to Quote/Ordering from the Self Service 'Business Portal' whereas this link addresses the CSM/FSM configurable workspace 'Agent Experience'.  These are unrelated problems.
