This is for the SOM Team - Business Portal Functionality. I am trying to enable the Business Portal for SOM Functions - catalog/quote/order/ordercase etc. I am getting a 404 error when i try to 'check out' from the shopping cart or request a quote....

My question was related to Quote/Ordering from the Self Service 'Business Portal' whereas this link addresses the CSM/FSM configurable workspace 'Agent Experience'. These are unrelated problems.
