In SOW view when the interaction form is in closed state all the fields on the form should read only

Hi team,

In SOW view when I closed the interaction form or when I create an incident through interaction, interaction should auto closes, all the fields on the interaction form should be read only, not editable.

how to achieve this.

You can just create a custom UI action to create the incident and closed the interaction record together with settings fields as read only.

Already having OOB Global UI Action with the name Create Incident, please see the requirement , in SOW view i want to implement.

how are you creating the incident now from interaction? in that UI action add the code to close the interaction
