In SOW view when the interaction form is in closed state all the fields on the form should read only

Hi team,

In SOW view when I closed the interaction form or when I create an incident through interaction, interaction should auto closes, all the fields on the interaction form should be read only, not editable.

 

how to achieve this.

Yes, that's how it behaves in OOB as well. What's happening when you are clicking is it not changing to closed complete ?
