Integration between ServiceNow and ecommerce chatbot. in our project we have developed a chatbot through rasa. in chat bot if we give any feedback it creates incident and it takes feedback as a short description.so based on short description it automatically assigns a user (i did that through Assigment rules).Now the thing is that assigned to user need to reply in chatbot .for this can we do integration and what are the requirements we need to take and please let me know the process.
